Do you deliver products worldwide?
No, we are currently only shipping items to Australia. We will be working towards a world wide shipment.

I've purchased multiple items recently, how come they weren't combined into one package?
Since we are connecting to multiple manufacturers located in different locations, not all the items are stored in one place. When more items are ordered at a time, each will be shipped out separately. You'll most likely receive one item after the next, so don't worry too much because they didn't come at once... Eventually they will arrive.
Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our FREE promotional items, all you have to do is pay for the shipping and handling cost. The item itself is $0.00. Simply add your item to your cart and checkout.
