Return Policy


We give you a 14 day return policy. If, however, you wish to return the product after the 14 days we are unable to offer a return or exchange of product.

We will accept any return products which have been shipped by and if the item is faulty due to an error on our behalf (e.g. low quality item or wrong item). Item(s) must be return together with proof purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

On completion of your return, please forward us your receipt or proof of purchase to and if you require more information.

You will be liable to pay for the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving your item and have been inspected by our team, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. This is include the approval/rejections of your refund.

If the product has been approved then your refund will be processed a credit will be automatically credited to your CC or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If no refund has been received yet, please check your bank account again. If refund still doesn't appear please contact your credit card company. It may take a couple of business days before you receive your refund.

Cancel order

If your order has not been fulfilled yet then you may cancel your order. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if the item is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same item, contact our support team at
